Andrew M. Baese, Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP
Drew is a partner in the Private Client and Estate Planning practice groups at Taft. He focuses his practice on, assisting individuals in drafting wills and trusts, administering trusts and estates, preparing related federal income and estate tax returns and litigating trust and estate disputes. Drew serves on both the SMRLS and Children’s Home Society Board’s and was recognized as a 2021 North Start Lawyer. He has been a CLC volunteer attorney since 2018.
Rachel Barrett, Associate, Ciresi Conlin LLP
Rachel Barrett represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice lawsuits. Before joining the Ciresi Conlin LLP, she worked as an assistant Hennepin County public defender, where she gained ample litigation experience. Rachel is proud to serve as a Board member to support CLC’s critical work and its incredible service to kids and our community.
Lisa Pritchard Bayley, Acting Assistant Commissioner of Children and Family Services, MDH
Lisa Pritchard Bayley is acting assistant commissioner of Children and Family Services for the Minnesota Department of Human Services. She is responsible for services and policies that promote child care, child support, economic stability, child safety and permanency, and successful transitions for immigrants. Lisa has been a CLC Volunteer Attorney since 2001.
Jamie Kurtz, Partner, Robins Kaplan LLP
Jamie Kurtz is a trial attorney that primarily focuses her practice on intellectual property and heath care litigation. Jamie currently represents various healthcare plans in multi-million-dollar litigation with providers involving claims improper billing, breach of contract, and fraud.
Mark Schneebeck, Partner, Fox Rothschild LLP
Mark has a far-reaching complex business litigation practice in which he represents manufacturers, medical device companies, banks, railroads and other clients in a wide variety of matters including trade secrets, product liability, employment and contract disputes. He has been CLC Volunteer Attorney since 2013. He believes it is vital to provide stability, hope, and opportunity for abused and neglected children.
