At Children’s Law Center of Minnesota, our impact is measured in voices empowered, futures transformed, and lives changed. Each year, over 200 dedicated volunteer attorneys provide free legal representation to more than 400 children and youth in foster care—helping them navigate complex legal systems and access the resources they need to thrive. Each year, over 200 trained CLC volunteer attorneys provide pro bono legal representation to children and youth in Minnesota’s foster care system—ensuring every client has a voice in court and a trusted adult by their side.

CLC provides free legal advocacy and wraparound support to more than 400 youth annually, helping them navigate complex legal systems and access the resources they need to thrive.

The graduation rate for CLC clients is consistently above 70 percent, significantly higher than the national graduation rate for youth in foster care.
