The Children’s Law Center of Minnesota invites volunteer attorneys and child welfare professionals to join us for an interactive Live Continuing Legal Education (CLE) training focused on out-of-home foster care placements in Minnesota.

About the Training
Staying current on child welfare law is essential to effective advocacy. This live CLE session will provide a comprehensive overview of Minnesota’s out-of-home foster care placement options, including the legal requirements governing these placements. Presenters will also share practical advocacy strategies to help attorneys effectively pursue their clients’ preferred placements and promote stability and well-being.
