Legal Representation and Advocacy for Youth in Extended Foster Care by Debra Kovats and Kathi Peterson

Course Description: Children’s Law Center of Minnesota will provide a detailed summary of the eligibility criteria, benefits, termination requirements, termination objections as well as recommendations and practice tips for attorneys to assist older foster care youth navigating Minnesota’s Extended Foster Care Program.
